Can you use 3 button mode to get into download mode or recovery? If you can then you can try and fix it from within recovery if you were using the rom prior to this issue.
If you got this problem during a rom flash then if you can get in to 3 button download mode. Try and re-flash a rom through odin that worked for you previously or else get a stock rom.
If your not sure how to use 3 button mode or odin for flashing then you may have to do a little research as there are many explanations of these in most android related websites.
If 3 button mode doesn't work I don't know what you will have to do, but if it does its pretty hard to actually brick a phone as Ive found through my own experimentation.
