Help Help please

There is this strange problem with my samsung galaxy 551 (unroorted, plan to stay this way). The media scan when happens, at times randomly deletes the photos from my phone. (all photos at times, at times only from a specific folder) but it rarely deletes (Once only) pics from the DCIM folder. Is it because of the GALLERY 3D by rayman, which got automatically installed on my phone or by SD Maid (App, used to free space on my phone). Please help.
Also, sometimes, the music player acts wierd. It shows only some of the tracks from the phone and while scanning the tracks, it stops in between. Now if i manage to find out the song which causes this problem, and delete it or move it to another folder, the music player becomes fine.

dont add too many mp3 or pics at a same time..

add in small amounts (like 200 mb at time)

and let the media scanner run in between.

Do a Surface test of SD card with mini tools partition wizard for windows .
You probably have Faulty SD card or SD Maid Root may be interfering.I never used SD maid so I cant say .
