Help help please.

I have my mesmerize acting up as of late. It will be sitting still and i go to use an app and it boots me back to the main screen and then flashes my menu button screen. i try to end all tasks and it continues to do the same.

I have also been experiancing issues with the back light being continuosly on when attempting to back out to main screen.

using 2.3.4

anyone having any similar issues?

also anyone know a way to disable the screen shot option? i always hit seem to hit it and it drives me nuts haha

Do a battery pull, and reboot the phone. It should clear up the issues.

There is no way to fix the screen shot issue the only way to really get around it is to hit your home button then then press back a couple times. I have had a mesmerize since September and that is the fix I always use.
