Help help please,!

ive had the phone since january, it didnt wanna charge so i took out the battery thinking it could fix the probleem . it did for the first day and then i plugged it didnt wanna charge. so now i have to take out the battery and put it back in so it could charge.! and when i take out the battery it says its at 10 % but before i take it out its at 60 % ? i already got a new battery and a new charger it did the same thing. any help ?

Just to understand, are you saying if you take the battery out of the phone and put it back in it will charge?
