I have 4g but no service .no calls, no text or anything .can still surf the web without wifi so what gives. Under phone info it says my number is unknown. I thought maybe sim card problem but if it was 4g wouldn't work . Any idea what's going on
 
did you recently do something to your phone(flash a rom, new prl, etc)? is your phone bill current? 4g will stay on for 30 after you dont pay your bill (ive been told this - not sure if its this way still or not).
 
No nothing ,bill is current .immediately after making this thread i saw a thread in all things root about being in test mode.i have all those symptoms so I'm gonna try that
