Ive a Samsung galaxy s3 mini, and having problems charging, and using it,, charging- constantly says my phone is charging when its not, the charger connects to my phone as and when it feels like it, ive replaced the battery and still the same problem, using- my phone seems to have a mind of its own, touchscreen takes ages to register me using it, apps open on their own, and closes, any advice???
