I can't seem to find an app I downloaded before I had to reset my tablet. Can you help me?

If you've reset your tablet back to factory settings without making a backup then those apps that you've downloaded are lost. My suggestion would be to do a thorough search of Google Play or Amazon/Android apps for the app you seek.
There is also the possibility that app has been removed and is no longer available. That happens from time to time. I've had it happen to me.
