I have my Samsung Galaxy Note that i recently bought from Rogers but out right. I connect to KIES so i can update the firmware but KIES keeps telling me this. I have no idea what to do
The main reason is I am in O.S 2.3 and I'm trying to get the upgrade.
Anybody have any solution to this?
I have also done a factory reset on my phone already but still nothing
Please help
EDIT: On the firmware information it also says: Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via Kies"
