help please

[Android Question]

i have the virgin mobile awe and it was fully charged and decided to shut it self off and now it is not turning on at all. i have only had this phone for about a month. i put it on the charger to see what would happen and the led light is just flashing red and won't turn on at all.

Hello. Being as it's so new, I think I'd return the phone for a replacement. Removing and replacing the battery might help your situation. If not a factory reset would likely put things right. But as I said... it's new and I'd give my provider a chance to make things right. I hope this helps.
