Help help please

[Android Question]

i had downloaded es file explorer to my tablet, I don't want it.. I uninstall it, it comes back.. and lags me up .. this tablet is rooted, not by me, and I cannot unroot it. It wont allow updates to Facebook or chat frustrating !
Help ! I tried to download a super su app , it would not let me.... even going thru that es file manager thing, it does not allow me to go into the root at all.

What tablet,carrier, and android version you have?

I agree with AMOCO, we need more information about the specific tablet you are using before detailed instructions can be given.

Some general advice though: when in doubt - nuke the device. By that I mean master reset it after backing up your contacts/photos/videos/etc... It's the only sure way of really fixing the problem without knowing exactly what we're working with.
