Help Pls!!!

Hi guys,

I recently bought this unit while on vacation in Dubai:

iTarsam Android PC TV Player

When I turned it on, it gets stuck on a black screen with android written and nothing else happens. It seems the software is corrupt. I have tried contacting the seller, but the only option he's giving me is to send it back to Dubai for replacement. This is going to cost me more for shipping than the cost of the unit itself.

Can anyone help out in telling me what to do to restore this unit and get it to work?

I will truly appreciate any inputs.

Sorry but I am not familare with this product. However, if this is a brand new unit I would insist on the seller pay for the shipping cost if they feel it may be defective.

Thanks for your response. I wish I had that option, but I don't. I was wondering if I tried installing Android-OS from another similar unit via and SD card, if that would work.
