Help help plz... i broke my screen

I Bought this phone a month ago and broke the screen by dropping it on concrete... The screen itself looks new but when I go to turn on the device it looks like 3 Or 4 thin ribbons of color show up but no picture... What should I do to fix it?

Find a phone repair shop near you, unless you are capable of replacing it yourself.
