hi could someone tell me whats up with my phone and what to do as googleplay app no longer works.everytime i click on it it kicks me out dont work any ideas ..thank u all so much as am new to all this mobile techolgy xxxxx

FYI this is not the place to ask questions. However, try to delete the data and cache from the app and see if that works.

Don't worry, it's quite alright to ask us questions. We can help you and if it gets more involved we can move you to your device forum.
What device do you have and what carrier are you on?
You can wipe the cache and data from the PlayStore apk in the "manage applications" as rs98 suggested. That may help.

O.k...lets try this...go into "Google Services Framework" in "manage applications", "all" and wipe cache and data from there also.
