help pokemon gameboy game

I remember playing pokemon when i was younger and its something to pass time when i flying back and forth to england but i cant get it on the sensation xe i have watched people download and play it on youtube for android but i cant seem to find the apps they use can any1 help me get it

you can use gbc pro, gbcoid or gameboy lite (and full). I have them, but they reset the game when dpad and A-B buttons are pressed at the same time. So, I don't play them because of the constant reset, and, remember, gameboy games are protected by copyright!

How do i save my progress on my pokemon crystal. I get pretty far but i always restart it.
