Root Help Porting Roms For Lg Volt

Hey Guys I Had A Couple Of Ideas I Was Thinking Bout Idk If U Guys Could Tell Me How I Could Be Able To Port Some Roms I Was Thinking Of Porting Them for Our Device Idk If I Can Get Guided Thru More Specifically i Want To Port A Coupple Of Lollipop And Kit Kat Roms For Our Device Thanks

Start with a dual boot pc linux & windows with probably 150gb each partition at least
If your new to this stuff id start with downloading stock zv3.tot learn the file system. Then download a rom you want to port and compare files. I dont know how good you are at any off this since its your first post, but if this is your first rodeo! i recommend learning how to theme the stock usr/system apks, and the framework to match a rom you would like to port. its a lot harder to port working roms on cell phones then say a tablet with just wifi access things like touch screen fw and all the other libs and s**t is mind boggling lines of code.

I Use To Have Dualboot But Not Anymore But i have Ported Roms Before For Other Device specifically GS2 Sprint But I was Never Able To Fix All the bugs For It
