Help Help! Power input damaged!

Hi guys,

I have purchased a 7inch wm8650 for my daughter, unfortunately the thing wont charge! (I know build quality isnt why these products are popular)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you return it for a replacement? If not, take the charger to an electronics store and see if they can recommend a suitable equivalent (take the user manual also). If you use a charger that has the wrong output, it could damage the device or even endager your safety, so getting expert advice is the way to go in this case.
