HELP!! Problem with Kies Mini preveting upgrade to Froyo

I have downloaded Kies Mini, and whenever I plug in my phone to get the upgrade, It gives me the message "Firmware Version: Unable to connect to the Server at this time, Please Try again Later"

I've tried putting the USB mode to Kies, and before that it was on USB Debugging. Neither made any difference!

What is wrong? I've waited 3 days now, and the "server" is still unable to connect. Is the server even up still? What can I do? ANY new insight would be appreciated. Right now I'm running Firmware Version 2.1-update1 if that makes a difference.

Never mind everyone! I found the solution to the problem, and it was something extremely small that I can't believe I overlooked.

The problem was that I was not running the application with Administrator privileges. So for anyone who doesn't own their own computer keep in mind that if Kies will not connect to the server, that you need to run the application on the administrator account.
