Help Help quick please: Certain apps disappear occasionally while others crash immediately

On my Moto X Pure running the latest Marshmallow, occasionally a problem occurs where certain apps disappear and other apps crash as soon as they start saying: Unfortunately, "app name" has stopped. Usually a quick restart fixes it. It's the same apps every time, and downloads don't work until the problem goes away. This time, it's not going away. I tried cleaning the SD card that I was using as part of the system but that didn't help. If you could help quickly that would be great because many of my messenger apps aren't working. All of the apps that don't work aren't system apps

Following those instructions didn't help at all. Is there anything else you can suggest?
 
Do it again and then run in Safe Mode disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them. If the problem stops it is caused by an app that you added.

I don't know if you understand. The problem is that most of my third party apps don't work, so running safe mode would stop me from checking if the problem is fixed because it removes the feature that is broken. Is there anything else I can try?
