HELP re Netbook

[pmckessar]

Just got my net android netbook advertised as being able to type documents and do spreadsheets. Seems to do everything but that.

Can't find how to type documents or do spreadsheets. Maybe incorrect advertising.

Found something called documents to go and registered for that, but it won't let me open without a sm card.

Close to sending it back as being sold with false promises.

If anyone can help I would be grateful. In meantime will take my old heavy laptop to meeting to type up notes.

Kind regards, Pamea

What is your exact device name/model?
For notes, there are plenty of note apps out there.
Documents, spreadsheets, etc. - you could always try Google Docs.

I am extremely basic with technology.

Netbook has access to 'Documents to Go' so I clicked on it and registered. But netbook wont let me open Documents to Go - it keeps asking for a SM? Nothing came with it.

How do I download these free things that you mention?

Instruction book said to copy to USB drive - but I don't know how to copy? Do I have to right click etc to copy?

I am used to windows XP and only do very basic functions.
