Sony Reader Notes to SVG or PDF Hoheinzollern
just posted a way to add the scribble to the pdf using a windows os. Is there a way to make a quick app to do this. nothing installed on the pc. just push the button and it updates the PDFs with the correct scribbles?
How hard would this be?

I already do this using Sugarsync and EZPDF. No real problems in how to do it really. Just scribble and highlight away. The edits all appear on PC automatically via cloud.
