i downloaded the r16 installer for windows frm the developer site...
after installing , i tried to run the AVD manager and the SDK manager ..
but jst a command prompt screen appears and flashes by !
don't seem to know the problem !
If you are using Windows 7, you need to right click the "SDK manager" or "AVD manager" icon then select "Run as administrator". The problem is that on Windows 7, by default it won't run with administrator privilege, however, you need admin privilege to run them.
If this doesn't help, you can try to run them from command prompt (in Windows search programs type "cmd" to start a command shell), in this way, it won't appear and flash by so that you can find out what is exactly the error message then post here for further troubleshooting.
