Root Help Rooting, HTC Sensation 4G

Im in need of the best walkthrough/tutorial on the net in order to root my HTC Sensation 4G. I have some problems with the phone that can only be fixed via root but Im 100% new to the process of rooting. The only thing close I've done is JailBreaking several Apple devices in the past.
