Root Help routing phone!!

Hi, I just decided to root my phone and I'm having trouble. Sorry I am new to this.

Im on a macintosh and the files in the archive are:

adb.linux
adb.osx
admire_root.sh
su
superuser.apk

Which of these do i click to make it work? I dont see a file run.sh . Phone is in debug mode with usb storage on.

The only one I can run is the su file and I get this everyone I run it:
admins-macbook:~ admin$ /Users/admin/Downloads/admire/su ; exit; -bash: /Users/admin/Downloads/admire/su: cannot execute binary file logout

One, buy a PC.

Second you just need to go download superuser off of Google Play sir. You shall be fine.

admire_root.sh is run.sh, just named differently for some reason.

I already have superuser installed but it didn't work with or without superuser. I can't get a pc right now. Thanks demented I will try renaming and see if it works. When I try to run the .sh file but it tells me to choose an application to open it with.

No need to rename the file. Run it in the terminal application.

I apologize for my ignorance. Can you tell me how to run it through the terminal? It keeps telling me "cannot execute binary file"

Redownload it, and just double click the .sh file. Make sure its "Unzipped" and placed in a folder where you can find it...
