Help Help, S2 goes off the network very often

I am facing a weird problem. My S2 decides to go off the network from time to time and I am unable to make calls and access 3G. I have to sitch off and restart it and it starts working again. Not sure what
 
I'm too facing similar issue but i am lucky that it gets auto fixed most times.. but on few occasions it requires a phone restart..

Let me know how you fixed it..
