help! samsung note 3 speaker n videos issue.

Hi all, i really need help on this.. i just bought samsung galaxy note 3 (sme set) 2 days ago
and i'm facing these problems..;

1) the speaker sometimes make crackling/popping or even long siren-like sound. it got worse usually whenever i play songs/video or even play games which have music effect.

2) i just discovered that whenever i play videos the phone hangs n restarts by itself..

hm.. do you guys know any solution?.. please help .. a million thanks to whoever can help me on this...

I can play any video that I have a player for in mine, and the sound is ... well, what you'd expect for a little box. It sounds like a little box. But no sirens or crackling/popping. Assuming you aren't playing defective videos, your Note is new, so I'd bring it back and ask them to just swap me a new one and I'd play a video on it before leaving the clerk who set it up. (It's possible they got a batch of bad ones, and I wouldn't want to have to go back with the same problem.)
