I'm using a Galaxy Note 2
Although I've already gone thru several, I really don't want to try a dozen apps to find one that has at least these characteristics:
1) The todo list app does not require user to join anything. Or does not work thru some online service. And that fact should be obvious or clearly stated even if there are suggestions or the like to join some online site.
2) App is a competent todo list manager that allows recurring items.
