Help solving this issue with games

[hecserr]

Hi there, i dont know if im in the right place, but if not please redirect me.
Well, recently im having a few problems with some android games, the problem is that the characters from the games are like totally paralized just like in the pictures... characters just dont move along the game. This happens to me with other games also like shark evolution, monsters university and others. My device is a samsung galaxy grand. Please if you know the solution to this problem let me know. Thanks in advance.

Right section, just I would suggest making your own thread. It will get seen by more people.
Also, I'm allowing a mod to remove this as I no longer need it.
