Root Help!! Stock Android Apps needed Moto Droid Pro

So I rooted my Droid Pro no problem and I found a couple of threads that shows what stock apps you can remove from the phone so I removed them. First I used titanium backup to back them up and i see the tar.gz files but not the apk files. I am trying to do the update and it keeps failing as well as my phone reboots itself about 15 times a day.

these are the apps i need back

city id
dlna
vz nav
amazon mp3
social networking
backup assistant

if anybody can point me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated. So overall I need these apps back to put onto phone to enable me to do a software update. Thank you ahead of time

You can just flash the SBF file, the process is pretty straight forward.

ok sounds good. But how in the heck do I do that? Im not a total noob cause I know basics and then some but is that one of those things I just need to google?

if anyone is looking for the stock apps, i've got them. i got a replacement from verizon and this time i backed everything up. PM me if u need any stock apps
