Hi, I bought a nexus a few weeks back off Ebay, used but mint condition and in the original box, i haven't had any real problems with it, I've really enjoyed the phone. But the other day i was trying to get on different apps but it they wouldn't work, so a message came up asking if i wanted to close the app down or report it on any of the apps i wanted to go on, so what i did i shut the phone down properly, the i put it back on then it won't come out of the introduction screen where the different Google colours blend into each other.
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!
