Help! Stuck in system recovery <3e>

Today I rooted my LG Optimus elite, it was rooted successfully but then I decided to flash the rom without an sd card. I entered recovery using CWM, however it brought to stock recovery. the page looks like this, is my phone bricked? what can i do? any help would be greatly appreciated!

The first thing i would do is put the sd card, with a rom on it, back in the phone, see if you can reboot into CWM. Check this forum for expert opinions and help.
