Root [Help] Stuck on HTC quietly brilliant screen

So Got the phone factory reset I unlocked the boot loader and flashed the correct version of twrp I attempted to install HTC_One_-_MaximusHD_44.0.0
Rom but afterwards the phone went into the loop for ever.

I believe this is called a Soft brick but cant find a solution please reply with any help

I went back to a Stock rom with a TWRP backup but its 4.1.2

The wifi says error when booting is there a way to flash the newest ota by just downloading the ota

I have a solution then. Booted into android run the ruu I posted here in the all things root section. This is 4.2.2 latest
