apparently you did not use a small spare card?

you can reformat your card with card reader in the PC. do a full format to FAT32. from there your options are:
-try running control bear again
-put a rom on the sd card. install recovery,or fastboot boot it if you have a jp bear hboot. install the rom
-run an ruu. you can do it as a PH98IMG after you have a working sd. you could also run it from fastboot via the fastboot flash zip command

Thanks for reply Scotty..

Was actually able to get phone up and running by flashing recovery.
Now I am having an issue with phone not recognizing storage correctly, both internal as well as external sd. Any ideas.

no sd is a classic sign of mismatched firmware and rom.(gb firmware and ics rom or vice versa)

best thing is to flash an ruu. then "clear storage" in hboot prior to installing custom recovery,as the next thing you will likely discover is intermitent 4g loss after upgrading fimrware.

if your mainly interested in ics roms, flash the latest ICS ruu:
[Exclusive Download] HTC Rezound Ice Cream Sandwich RUU For Final OTA (3.14.605.12)

Worked great Scotty.
Flashed gingerbread ruu and was able to grab the ota afterwards, which was why I started the whole s-off process in the first place.
Now to do some searching on how to obtain root access again after the ota.

Scotty can correct me if I'm wrong here...but since you are s-off you should just need to flash a custom recovery and then superuser.

You'll have to flash it in recovery

OK, I flashed custom recovery then tried to flash SuperSU v0.94 and it is not working for me. When booting into recovery it finds the PH98IMG file and says that it is parsing then immediately returns to the bootloader. I then tried to install Superuser off the market and in the info section of the app it has outdated binary notification checked in the su binary not found section.

Any thoughts?

Doh!

Sorry, had a brainfart guys. Was trying to flash superuser by changing its name to PH98IMG and it obviously wasn't working. Changed the name back and flashed it in the custom recovery and all is well.

Thanks for your help Scotty :) You are the man.
