Help Help - TF Memory is stuck

Guys, just tried to take my memory out and its not coming out :mad:

Any tips if this has happened to you before - its still registering when I switch on etc, just can't get the little sod out :eek:

Am I looking at opening up my pad and if so, can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial which can help?
