Help to restore system apps

I have a Galaxy 551 (GT-I5510) and a few system apps have been removed.. i need to get them back.. is there a to do so? if so can someone explain in detail step to step as in what has to be done?

Since system apps have been removed, I'm going to assume this phone is rooted. One way to get them back is to find someone who can send you the APK file for the apps you need. Otherwise, if you can get a copy of the stock ROM to can reinstall this to get them back.

One other thing I just thought of. Download Titanium Backup. Use this to be sure the apps were removed and not just frozen.

How should i get a stock ROM?
