OK I'm trying to figure out how to transfer new music I just download to my micro sd card and then put it on my computer so I can download it to my other phone what do I do

Plug it in via USB cable and copy/paste. On a Windows machine you may have to download and install MTP drivers. Or use Airdroid or similar app to do a WiFi transfer. Or upload the files to cloud storage then download to the computer.
