Help Help: Two Phones One Google Account

I live in Ireland and have just upgraded to the HTC Desire 610. I am currently in England visiting family and decided to get an English sim card for my old samsung phone. I got the phone unlocked and it works fine, except for the fact I can't sign into my google account. Whenever I have tried it keeps saying that the username or password is incorrect, which it isn't. Please help.

You could try going to a PC, logging in and going to this google page:

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1144110

Read it then click the "review this activity" link in the second line of the article.

Then answer "yes that was me" to any "unusual activity" that shows up.

Unable to test this as I dont have any unusual activity!
