I just got a new galaxy s3. I have a problem where after I successfully downloaded a file from a website, my phone repeatedly starts downloading the same file seemingly randomly. It has been triggered by entering google play store, opening the internet, and while my phone is recharging and not being used.
I have tried clearing my download managers cache and clearing data. No change. I also deleted the application that linked me to the site I downloaded it from.
It is a serious problem because the file is 400mb. Please help!
