Hiya,
I recently attempted to unlock my X10 handset with mobileunlocked dot co dot uk, however near the completion of unlocking the unlocking software (Multi Unlock Client) froze and stopped responding and ended up shutting down.
Now, I'm left with a mobile phone that is partially unlocked and unusable. The phone recognises all SIMs (not just my original SIM from the network it was locked to, but other network SIMs too, where in the past it previously asked for network unlocking code before it would startup with a foreign SIM...), but it cannot connect to the networks. ie) I input my original SIM in and attempt to make a call and it says "no network service" or something similar, and its the same for a foreign SIM.
I am currently in contact with mobileunlocked regarding this issue, and they've asked me to check with my network provider if my phone's IMEI has been blacklisted, but I'm the original owner. I was wondering if anyone could offer any help or support in the meantime?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
