My grandson got this Curtis klu for a gift he was to young for it played with a few days that has been a couple of years.Now he has forgot the e-mail and pass word now it's locked .They gave it to another grandson and now he wants to play with it .Is there any way you can help me ? I would be so greatful if you could Please.

You will want to factory reset the device to clear out the account and password. I found this for the device ... hope it works.

"Apparently you have to power it on and when the Klu splash screen comes you press and hold down power and Volume up at the same time and then the "bios" like screen comes up with the factory reset option as well as a few other options"

Once you get to this "bios" screen (it actually called "recovery") you use the volume keys to highlight your options and then press the power button to select it. Factory reset is what you want to do.
