Root Help Unroot / Factory Reset SCH-I800

I need help. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab, SCH-I800 & rooted it. I have rooted and unrooted many devices before, but I am having a lot of trouble unrooting this device. My main problem lies in the fact that every unroot guide I can find requires the download of a program called SuperOneClick. Every single guide I can find has a dead link to the SuperOneClick program. I just want to reset this thing back to factory settings. Can anyone please help me by telling me how or pointing me to a guide that has a working SuperOneClick or that doesn't require it? I know with Nooks, I can do a factory reset by interrupting the boot 7 times in a row, does this device have anything simple like that? I'm not worried about losing anything, I don't need to back up anything. I just need to get this thing unrooted. I want to unroot this device because my camera locks up on many apps and I'm wondering if it's because of the root. Here is all the info I have on the device currently:

Model Number: SCH-I800
Android Version: 4.0.4
CyanogenMod Version: 9.1.0-p1c

In the future you can do a unbrick this will unroot and install a factory ROM also . or you can do a manual unroot with removing the Su app and Su files from the folders and do a factory data reset .
