Help [help] [urgent] "package file invalid" error

Whenever I download an app from Google Play Store I get a problem " Package File Invalid "

I can download app of size 500-600 Kb but unable to download other apps more than 1 MB ..

Everything was working fine before ...

I rebooted my fone and this appeared ..

My fone : Micromax A70
Rooted : Not Rooted yet
ROM : Original (Company Default)

So far i have done

1> Go to App> Manage App > Google Play > Clear Cache & Data and also Download Manager Clear Data

2> Factory Resetting fone ..

3> Also turned off Sync and restore option in settings ...

I think my cache is full as i went on to some websites ... They told to boot in recovery and clear dalvik and cache ..

Since I am noob at it ... I dont even know how to boot into recovery .. Please Help needed indeed !

To boot into recovery, hold volume down button n then power on device,it will take u to recovery but I don't think stock recovery can clear cache partition.u need CWM recovery to do that.

When i vol down + power my fone an exclamation with androbot icon appears and persist there for 6-7 minutes and nothing happens .. Whats that ?

Please if i can get info about ClockWerk Mod .. I dont even know what it does ..

U see exclamation mark with androbot cause u r on stock recovery. When it shows exclamation mark, tap on Home button n u will see a list of procedure u can perform using stock recovery.use vol keys to go up down n tap over Menu softkey to select the option.
N for CWM 1st search google so u can get idea what it is n then if u want to go for ot then head over to All Things Root section here,u will find cwm 5 for A70.
