Help help urgently

[Android Question]

So a few days ago i was using my s4 mini, it crashed and turned off. Since then it will not turn back on. When i attempt to wipe the phone with the home button, the lock button and the volume up buttom it somes up witnh the android bot and says 'no command'.
Any help to fix this problem would be much appreciated!
