HELP! Vibration For Notifications Not Working After Root!

[magnoidgoat]

I am very new to this website so I don't know if this has been discussed before...

I rooted my Sidekick 4G yesterday and everything worked great, until I noticed that my phone wasn't vibrating for notification. I tried messing around with the settings but no luck. I get haptic feedback but no notification vibrations. Anyone having this problem? Any way to fix this?

Additional information:
Rooted with SuperOneClick (latest version, I'm pretty sure).
FROYO
2.2.1

Thank you!

Try downloading this app from the market: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.revsodev.volumecontrol&hl=en

It allows you to toggle vibration at the system level using the little icon next to the volume sliders. See if those settings get it working again. See the screen shot in the market link and you'll know what I mean.
