Root Help wanted U8150 Blaze frozen at first screen

Came to remove and copy sd card and when card replaced and phone switched on got vibration as power come on and first boot screen ('white HUAWEI' and red flower and there it froze. have to remove battery to escape.

Tried to factory reset but whatever key combination I use still get same result.

Have tried to flash using fastboot and clockworkmod_5.0.2.8_u8150.img but no success.

Anyone any ideas please other than a big hammer :p
