Help Help - wet phone

Hi guys i am new and dont know if this is the right bit to post this too but my phone fell in my bath i have got all the water out of it but it wont let me sign in and wont keep an internet connection for me to bypass the google sign in does anyone know if there is anything i can do to sort it

Turn it off immediately (should have done that right away), do NOT try to use it. If the battery is removable it should be pulled as soon as it gets wet. You didn't post what phone you have so we don't know if that is possible, if it isn't it makes things more difficult.
The bag of rice trick may or may not work, it may already be too late because you kept it powered up and tried to use it after it got wet. Chances are you will be shopping for a new phone.

Looking at the Galaxy A3 specs it doesn't mention being water proof.

Hard to say if the phone is permanently damaged... it might get better, might get worse, but odds are it gets worse. :(
