Unfortunately, when I click on the link, I get an error that tells me the file is either deleted or has been moved

Yet I'll redo it some 1 deleted all my Dropbox

Never seen that before... is your device rooted? Have you installed any apps recently (as in, just before you started seeing this)?

Ye it is rooted and I did install linux instaler advanced and blackmarket and did try to install x recovery but did not work

Not familiar witlh Linux Installer Advanced.

I wouldn't suggest using blackmarket though... apps that are downloaded from anywhere other than trusted sources (Google Play/an app developer's website) could contain malicious code, which could adversely affect your phone!

Perhaps someone else could suggest what the icon is?
