Root Help with admire stuck on samsung screen??

im new to all this rom thing and that probably should have been my warning into not trying this :/ anyways i tried flashing a rom onto my admire and now it wont do anything it just starts up and stays stuck on the sch-r720 screen for like an hour then the screen goes black but if i press any buttons they light up, please help me

which cwm do you have installed?

i love how a good conversation starts out....lets do this....what did you flash? boot back to recovery and tell us what you see..

which cwm do you have installed?

i dont think i had cwm i think i had something else because i tryed to flash other roms and i checked the screenshots to see if i did this right and it didnt look anything like what i had

thank you for your help! sorry i posted two its because i got scared i had bricked my phone and i was freaking out! but i flashed another rom and it works great but its unstable at 900mhz it keeps freezing?? anyways thanks alot!!

im believe i was trying to flash monster 4.0 and i accidentally ereased my sd card which contained the backup i had cwm 7.2.7 i think? but then i tryed flashing a ics theme by paris abc i believe and it wouldnt work either but then i saw it said to upgrade cwm to 2.7.8? so i did and it worked !! thank you for the help though i greatly appreciate it!!
