Help with airdroid

I'm attempting to move alot of music from my GS3 to my PC. For some reason my usb isn't working, so I'm trying to use airdroid.

I've got it installed and I can connect to my PC. However, I'm only able to download 1 song at a time. When I select multiple files and hit download, it won't work.

Anyone use airdroid and tell me if I'm doing something wrong?

I don't need anything related to itunes.

Airdroid works good, except I can't get multiple files to transfer at once.

That's how it's supposed to work, and does indeed work that way for me with latest version of AirDroid with Firefox on Linux and a Mac. Are they regular MP3s your trying to copy, not something that could have DRM, e.g. Google Music. Also you could try a different browser.

Yes they are regular mp3's. So you are saying I can't do multiple uploads, just one at a time?

I'm actually saying you should be able to do multiple downloads and uploads with any type of file. That's one of the ideas for AirDroid. Suggest try a different browser, and have you got latest version of AirDroid. Another possibility, are you using WiFi or 3G/4G? If you've tagged multiple files with AirDroid for download, it zips them and makes one file.
