HELP with ANDROID 6.0

ive got an andoid 6.0 ph from vodafone i was recordind my court hearing and the judge denied me justice according to the law because she didnt get her way she got her thugs to arrest me while i was out back they put my property into a bag n put me in a cell for 15 mins the i saw the offficer take my cell phone out and turned it on it wasnt locked it was still recording. What he did then was stop record and instead of saving he discarded recording about 20-30 mins worth. i believe any computer leaves a footprint somewhere do i have a chance to find this discarded message somewhere& how ive tried Dr something and others but it hasnt worked

I suspect while recording it was just going to a buffer in RAM, and unless it was specifically saved to MP3 in internal storage or micro-SD rather than discarded, it's gone as soon as the recording app was closed. No "footprint", no nothing left.
