Help Help With Android Commander - Its Broken!

Heya Guys ..

Got a question for you hope you can help ...

I am not sure what happened ..
But I have always been able to use : Android Commander File explorer
To connect / change files wile in 4ext recovery in the system partition or Data partition
I would mount system and data in 4EXT and connect usb cord .. and start Android Commander It uses ADB to connect to the phone ...

I can no longer use it to change files ..
Shows no files on the right pane of the program
So I can no longer " FIX " something if I screw Up! LOL I used it all the time !

Anyone ever use this program ?
Can you try and see if it works for you ?

I am not sure if it because of 4ext recovery not mounting the system partition anymore ?
Or If Android Commander is screwing up ..
Or because of HTC's : Updated USB driver to 3.0.0.021
I have un-installed and reinstalled ect.

I am using the newest ver of 4ext rc5 24
And using newest ver on Android Commander
Newest Ver of HTC SYNC Version: 3.2.20
HTC's : Updated USB driver to 3.0.0.021
